delete apex log / Logging Disabled

How to delete apex log quickly because given method of selecting queries and then delete actually takes much longer than expected and continuous monitoring.

follow this method of using salesforce inspector > click export > fetch all logs by - select id from ApexLog query > copy as csv then go to import and paste that data and at the top select Delete operation and click import, it will import the logs and then delete them.
