Hi Nagarajan C

Salesforce Reports allow grouping data only up to three levels. This means that you can group data by up to three fields or columns in a report. However, you can create a report with more than three levels by using sub-reports or cross-filters.

Keep in mind that grouping by more than three levels can make a report more complex and difficult to read. It may be better to use sub-reports or cross-filters to drill down into specific subsets of data, rather than trying to display all the data in a single report.

If you want to learn more about reports then you can look into the reports trailhead: https://trailhead.salesforce.com/content/learn/modules/lex_implementation_reports_dashboards
