The basic difference between data import wizard and data loader are below:
 

Data Import Wizard

  • We can import simple form of data.
  • Its limit is 50,000 records.
  • Here, delete operation is not available.
  • We don’t need to install.

Data Loader

  • We can import complex form of data.
  • Its limit is 5 million records.
  • Here, delete operation is available.
  • We require installation.
