Hi, I have created app package in dev org, is there any way to use this app package to publish it on app exchange of salesforce in partner community.

HI Akshay,
To get your app on AppExchange, you’ll need to:
>Connect the packaging organization to AppExchange.
>Set up a provider profile.
>Create a listing for the app or component.
>Submit the app or component for security review.
>Publish the listing on AppExchange.

NOTE:  Becoming an ISV is free of cost. To go live on the AppExchange (make your listing public), your app needs to pass a security review by Salesforce which is priced.
