Hi Abhilash, Salesforce is moving ahead from WF and encouraging it's partners to use Process Builder and Flows instead of Work flow rules. So, I will use a PB because of the following other reasons - 1. PB is much more easier to maintain - add different criteria for different processes in a single Process builder for each object 2. Define definite orders as to which process to fire first and which to next. 3. PB has much more capabilities of doing other operations than just a field update and email alert
