When I post image in Feed Item(Out of box) through Portal as a Customer and In Org case detail page "image" not visible
Error Message display like this:-
FeedbodyContent data type - Rich text area.
in Portal Image visible and In org - Image not visible.
Please share any knowledge. how to show Image in Org, When I post image through portal

If the post/Feed item posted was Privately Shared then, only the file owner, users with Modify All Data or View all Data permission, and specific file viewers can find and view that file.

Can you confirm if the user with which you are trying to check in the org has Modify All Data or View all Data permission?
