Akshay Mense Can not create new record from lookup field in flow
Hello, I am working on flow whose requirement is "The system shall allow the user to key enter “Name of user” field or select the name if it is already stored in the system. I have a created lookup field so that if the record already exist it should show in dropdown or he can create new record. But currently the New option is not showing in the lookup screen component of the screen.
Currently, the lookup component in the flow facilitates just to show the records list from an Object and based on selection the value can be used further. Since, you are looking to create a new record from the same lookup field, it would be best to create an Idea for the same over IdeaExchange portal.
The Idea would be to have ability to create new record from Lookup Component inside the flow may get considered by product teams at Salesforce after considerable number of Upvotes.

In meanwhile, you can go with lightning web component which could suffice your requirement.

Make required custom query fields you will use in the standard screen stream query part. The screen capture shows the ones Addison made for use. For the client query, you can utilize the standard field Created By.
Award Create consents to the Screen Flow Lookup object to all the client profiles who collaborate with screen streams.
FYI: Here is an illustration of how to design a client field in the standard stream query part, referring to the CreatedById field on the Screen.
