Raju Chi 5 Emails are not receiving when click on button
Hi All,
I have created visual force page with custom controller.
function is: we are displaying contact eamil list in custom page and when user select conatct email list and click on button user receving emails resepctive contacts.
When i am testing for system adming emails are sending to contacts but when testing spaecific profile emails are not receiving for conatcts.
Checked email logs : emails are generated And showing 'D' and 'R'
Please let me know what could be the problem here.

The above article shows how to troubleshoot the delivery problems for salesforce emails can you try checking it once?
Additionally, as you have mentioned it is showing D and R so I checked the below link

and I was able to see that
R - Reception The email was successfully received.
D-Delivery The email was successfully sent.
Can you try checking if there are any other profiles facing a similar issue?
