Obaid Khan fieldset not working self registration in salesforce lightning

Create field set on user object named registration and tried to use it in self registration form but no success

Followed same
Only diffrence as in this case they have community builder and in my case as am works on lightning its Experience Builder
I dont have community builder to launch -> am going to builder - administration - login and registration
In "Extra field set name " as type "Registration" it doesnt reflect any changes in registration form
