Does Salesforce have a log for the database ? does it show data that have been changed ?

we know salesforce use a certain CDC ( change data capture) but it does not use a Log-Based CDC which is log linked to the database containing the changes that happens.does it exist on salesforce ?

Salesforce uses Automated Process user for logs using CDC.
