Help me to remove "Change Owner" button from case list view drop-down

Hello guys, I want to remove Change Owner button form case list view drop-down.I remove that button from Compact layout succesfully but not able to remove from drop-down.

Unfortunately, we cannot remove change owner from list views.  Kindly review below Idea link and vote for this feature.
