Charlie Dick login to sandbox when identified with Google
On our production site I sign in using my google account and there is no problem with that. I want to go to the sandbox so using setup sandboxes I click on login. I'm not logged in but asked for a username and password. Having googled the issue I've tried name@whatever.sandboxname name@sandbox identity etc. Nothing seems to work. I've used the google account password -- I've used no password. Right now I don't have a clue what to do next.

If everything is ruled out raise a case with Salesforce.com support by giving them your OrgID and see what happens.
