HI Peterson,
While creating a new group, you should be able to see an option to "enable communities" for the group.
See screenshot posted on https://trailblazer.salesforce.com/ideaView?id=08730000000kwkzAAA

Also recommend reviewing the salesforce article regarding the steps: https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=sf.community_designer_add_groups_to_communities.htm&type=5

If this information helps, please mark the answer as best. Thank you

Hi Swetha!

Thanks for answred my question. I was tryied this solution but when we send a invite for external user has joined in the group created inside of main instance the system asked for user to create a other access and the salesforce create a user with a chatter free licence for this new external acces. The system doesn't understand that user already have access in community. Other point is the group (Private/Public - Customer) created in main instance is not be available in community for the users ask to join.

I´ll try other solution with the team.

Many thanks for your help Swetha!
