There is a field on lead named Notification days, so you need to write a workflow if a lead status is not changed then an email will be sent after the days which you have entered in the Notifications days.
So the email will be sent on basis of notification days value. Please don't write workflow on the value of Lead Status because it may be very.

Try to create new formula field to calculate difference between notification days and current day.  You can use same as reference in your workflow to trigger an email alert.
