Inserting records from csv file using Batch apex

We have scenario to insert bulk amount of records in Inventory object using Batch apex, I have tried but not able to get output, can someone help me this?

Hi Abhinav,

we are not using any vf page, we are pulling csv from custom object related list files or documents.
