HI Desai,
For Field Service Lightning to calculate travel, the start and end points must be geocoded.

By default, Field Service Lightning uses aerial routing to estimate travel time between job sites. You can improve the accuracy of these estimates by enabling street-level routing (SLR), which considers real turn-by-turn data. To further fine-tune travel time calculation, enable predictive travel.

If there is not calculated travel for first and last travel (from home base and back to home base) that means the resource home base is not geocoded.

Geocoding a Service Appointment after it has already been scheduled will not retroactively re-calculate travel times. You must reschedule the Service Appointment to take into consideration the newly assigned Longitude/Latitude values.

It is very important for me to calculate the time when traveling. My trips are connected with business trips, because every minute is precious. Therefore, I decided to go to the site https://voyagu.com/destinations/business-class-flights-to-europe-switzerland/ and book tickets. I got a good flight at a reasonable price. And my trip was successful and in comfortable conditions.
