How to custom inactivity message in Einstein Bot
I would like to show a message after 10 minutes without interaction from the user.
How to custom this?
Today, the chatbot shows "No Agents are available" and End Chat immediately after approximately 30 minutes.
*I'm sorry, my print screen is in Português.
I want to custom this message and custom this time too, please help me.

Generally, Bot sessions timeout limits now vary by channel. The Chat channel timeout is 30 minutes and the Messaging channel timeout is 8 hours.

I found a way is through the creation of Custom Labels for the bot I followed the step-by-step link on how to create Custom Labels
