You can't launch a record-triggered flow from within Flow Builder. To launch this flow, activate it and then create, delete, or update a record, depending on the trigger configuration.

When iam running a triggerd flow in flows, im getting this error

Hello Manogna,

I think you need to remove reference of the Record triggered flow which is calling from another flow. And then test by creating/updating record.

That should resolve this error.
