how to disable trigger in unmanaged package? I need for dataloader records update. 

When open Apex Trigger, find the one I need and select to deactivate, changes are not saved. 

everytime disable code in code and deploy?

It looks like it answers the question. But it is shitty. 

I have do make trigger "inactive" every time and deploy. I can do it, but I need to teach others SFDX, git, Ext. 


Not user friendly.

I think it is not possible to change any code-level functionality in managed package in salesforce.

 You can not do any code level changes on Managed Package, only owner of the Managed package application owner can do if you contact him.
