Hi Shekhar,
Please check Manger on your login user. If Manager is blank then it will give same error.
Check your user detail

My suggestion will be:
It looks like you have selected approval "Next Automated Approver Determined By" as manager
in that case the logged in user should have a manager defined
This error means that the manager field is empty. Please add Manager and try it.
