guys i want formula if in one account mark as important by checkbox automatically its all related contact mark as important

1:Go to Setup > Process Builder > New Process > Enter Name And The Process Start  By Record Changes
2:In Add Object Select Account  Click On When Record Is Created Or Edited Click Save.
3: In Add Criteria Give Criteria Name  And In Set Condition Section Select CheckBox Field  Equal >  Boolean > True Click Save.
4:In Immediate Action  Add Action Type Update Records 
Give Action Name
In Record Type Select Record Related To Account
In The List Search Contacts  Select Contacts  
5: In Set new field values for the records you update
Select CheckBox Field From Contact Object You Want To Update Boolean > True
Click Save

thanks charu, but i want it in process builder scenario, suppose account RA mark as important using checkbox all contact in RA accounts  auto mark as important. iplz help in it

thank u charu ,i really appreciate ur detail  ans,look i am beginner in sfdc iwork as intern , logic is too complex n my superior said it is just 3 diagram n from ur diagram i unable to build process  builder. so in short logic he explain it to me is create important (checkbox)field on  object account and another on  contact (checkbox type). then create process builder on account update.if important is checked in account -update all contact and check important checkbox. his hint was use accounts important field in field in field reference.
plz help if just write steps it will also fine.. i really appreciate it ..i struck it in forever type.plz help
