strange bug, edit button is disappears from Highlight Panel Action when trying to override it on Classic .

The edit button disappears from Highlihgts Panel Action when I tried to overrode it on Classic. And when I am making any change in Highlights Panel Action edit button disappears from page too.

Override edit button Salesforce Classic Override>Visualforce page and check Highlights Panel Action . Thats all what I did. And when I set Salesforce Classic Override to 'no override' then everything becomes ok.
