To convert PST to MBOX, you need to follow the below mentioned steps, it may be helpful to you:

-Click on Start button of your Windows
-Select Default-Programs
-Now, select “Set-your-default-program”
-In this window, you have to select "Outlook"
-Click on of "Set-this-Program-as-default"
-Open your "Mozilla Thunderbird"
-Select "Tools" tab
-Now, select "Import"
-After that, go to "Mail" tab
-Select radio button which is present right next to that
-Select "Next"
-From the options, choose "Outlook"
-Select "Next"
-Finally, click "Finish"

Your data will be imported from Outlook to Thunderbird
But It is work with only Outlook 2003 with older version of Thunderbird…. It is not possible for latest MS Outlook 2016, 2019 with Thunderbird. In this case, you need to third party tool like PST To MBOX Converter (http://www.recoverymails.com/con...) to convert .pst file to .mbox file format, then import .mbox file to Thunderbird account.
