Can I recover a previous sandbox once it is refreshed?

Can I recover a sandbox once it is refreshed? Our partial sandbox was accidentally refreshed 15 days ago, and we lost some valued work from our sandbox. It was refreshed and was moved to a different instance eg. CS94 to CS77 after it was refreshed. Is there any possibility to recover the sandbox data from before it was refreshed? Is this a service Salesforce will perform?

Salesforce can roll back an activated sandbox refresh if you meet the following criteria:
  1. There is a clear business case as to why this needs to happen
  2. You are within 72 hours of the new sandbox activation
  3. You log a Case with support outlining your Prod and Sandbox org Ids
  4. You have a better chance at getting this done in the necessary time frame if you have premier support, but the whole process took only a few hours

Salesforce confirmed they can recover a refreshed Sandbox within the first 24-48 hours of Activation. After this timeframe, their automated systems will permanently delete the Sandbox.
