Sai Koushik P email2case creating TO and CC both 2 cases how to avoid this
What a customer is sending a case that is email2case if he uses a both TO and CC its creates both case how to close one case.even whan a customer is havinhg more than one CC mail it creates cases for all the CC mails. so help me in avoiding case closeing.

Thanks for your reply but my issue is like during customer is sending a case if he uses CC it creats new case to that mail id it even creats same case to all the mail .but i dont want to creat multiple cases. I want to create single case and close other created cases.
