Hi Harshal,

Please follow the given below steps and link with the help of these steps and links you can solve your problem, it may be helpful to you.

I do not like editing.CSV files, so I saved the doc to my desktop, then opened it as an excel file.  There are only 15 total accounts, so the changes were made manually.  A few items to note when doing a data import:

1. Check for duplicate data. 
2. The values need to be separated by a comma.  If you get something like the picture below where all of the fields are smashed into one line....

Save the file into notepad.  Replace the semi-colons with commas, save.  Open the notepad file with excel, then save as a .CSV.
