Avinash Dhanke 32 I have one text field and one SRM filed in lead object this is lookup for USer. i have populate the user zone(west,east,south,north) into that text field ..i will go through handler but stuck .how is the approch
Why do you need a text field? Instead of text field, create a formula field on lead with value : SRM__r.Zone__c
Avinash Dhanke 32Because for mula field not used in sharing rule thats why..This field i refer in sharing rule
Then please use a Workflow rule to update the text field. Something like below:
