Your org doesn't have access to component cooper:companyInsightTeaserCard

Hi,

I have created a package with lightning component. Installation of the package in Partner Enterprise Edition shows the following issue "Your org doesn't have access to component cooper:companyInsightTeaserCard" but it works fine in developer edition.

Can please guide me how to resolve this issue?

Hi Nethra,

Greetings to you!

According to Salesforce Knowledge Article (https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=000274607&language=en_US&type=1):

1. The package provider will need to remove the component from the Lightning page.
2. Install "Data.com" and add license to your user record.

I hope it helps you.

Kindly let me know if it helps you and close your query by marking it as solved so that it can help others in the future. It will help to keep this community clean.

Thanks and Regards,
Khan Anas

Hi Khan Anas,

Thank you.
Yes, I have referred that link as well. I cant remove that component or I can't expect customer to have data.com licence.
Its has opportunity record page created using lightning app builder and I want the customer who installs the packages to have it in their opportunity page. Is there a way to achieve it?
