how to lookup record id name in the flows spring 19'?
eg Record Id name, developer name etc...

You mean record type id or record Id ?? 

if its a record Id and you can able to do it with the "Flow Record Lookup Element"

Its its a record type Id you can able to do it as same with lookup and it works just fine
