Rajiv Sachdeva 6 Authenticate visitor on Live-Chat via Mobile OTP or Unique Number
1. I want to know whether we can authenticate a visitor/person on "Pre-Chat Form Page" with Mobile-OTP functionality.
2. We have allocated a unique number to our customers. We want that when our customer come on "Pre-Chat Form Page" he should enter the same unique code on it. The same number should be checked whether it is correct/not in Salesforce before start of the chat.
