how to add/include contact create link as button in lightning component

Can anyone tell me how to add/include Standard New Contact Create link as button in salesforce lightning component?

i,e. When clicking a button on lightning component it should route to Standard Contact creation page.

Thanks for response.

Requirement:User / Admin is able to create a new contact from the Manage Agenda form, Manage Discussion and Action items form, Manage Attendance form.

Where Manage Agenda form, Manage Discussion and Action items form, Manage Attendance form are 3 different lighting components and need to have button to on lighting component to create a new contact.
