Trailhead Project: Create Reports and Dashboards for Sales and Marketing Managers (Visualize Your Data) - Error

I am trying to verify my changes for the in the project  Create Reports and Dashboards for Sales and Marketing Managers (Visualize Your Data). I see the below error instead, the other challenges in the project worked fine.

There was an unexpected error while verifying this challenge. Usually this is due to some pre-existing configuration or code in the challenge Org. We recommend using a new Developer Edition (DE) to check this challenge. If you're using a new DE and seeing this error, please post to the developer forums and reference error id: VVGCJZDP

Hi Kella,

Sorry for this issue you are encountering.

I've just completed this Step, you need to adjust scales and mixed up the description.

The solution here is to mirror the picture you see at the end of the Guide and to add a 4th Component "Metric Chart" based on "Opportunities by Rep" Report with the following details:
User-added imageAdditionally, you need to shrink this one, as well as the Table and the Gauge by 1 so that all 4 fit into the Dashboard
User-added image

I faced a similar issue in the past, and I've checked the requirements and noticed that I've missed the chart title in 'Report charts' part. Once I've added report chart title 'Sales Rep Win Rates' it passed.

May I also request you please confirm if you are using a brand new developer org in order to validate this challenge, if not then I would suggest you create a brand new org and give a try which should probably do the trick.

If you are using a brand new developer org then please double check that your org doesn't have a namespace enabled. If that doesn't help please give a try by restarting the batch.

If the problem continues,  log out of all accounts and log in once again in a different browser by clearing the cache and cookies which should probably do the trick.

Hope this helps.

Kindly mark this as solved if the reply was helpful so that it gets removed from the unanswered queue which results in helping others who are encountering a similar issue.

Thanks,
Nagendra

Thanks Nagendra!  I ran into the same issue; adding the title to the chart on the Sales Rep Win Rates report fixed it.  Never would have found that and finished the project without your comment!
