How to restrict a user for not creating new fields on specific objects?

I want to restrict a user from creating/updating/deleting new fields in 2 objects?

Hi Srilatha,
You can restrict any user for not creating new Custom Fields on specific objects and also updating/deleting with Delegated Administration.
