While redirecting the different domain URL to the salesforce domain URL.Its showing an error:Salesforce.com can't validate the domain. It has been more than 10 days. Its showing the same error.While redirecting the URL in salesforce.

User-added image Error occur is Salesforce.com can't validate the domain. The CNAME record may still be processing (which can take up to 24 hours), or the domain may not belong to you.

Hi Kamal,

Sorry for this issue you are facing.

If you cannot ping the domain, it means there is some error and salesforce cannot find the domain.

On your own domain, you will have to create a cname, say: xyz.domain.com and populate this on the Salesforce site.com setting.

It might take a while to propagate though.

Thanks for the responding.I create have cname in my domain and also follwing the step which you have provided in the link .But getting the same error.
