I'm getting a blank space on my user page i'm not getting any user options like the video on the website. Not sure about what am I doing wrong.

Hey Anuj

Please wait after clicking on user link. Lightning is a bit slower to load. Also please check your internet speed and if still you can't access user records then switch to classic mode and open the user page.

- It is due to slow internet speed. Please wait for a while otherwise reload the page again.
- You can also try in the classic mode of the salesforce.
- This problem occurs due to slow internet speed.
