Hi MaheemSam,

Please follow given below steps and link with the help of below steps and link you can solve your problem, it may be helpful to you.

Create a report on Notes :
Important considerations for 'Notes' reports:

1. Ensure that you have Enabled 'Notes' in your organization (see Enable Notes for instructions)
2. Reports can only display Notes taken via the 'Notes' tool. Notes created via the "Notes & Attachments" related list cannot be reported upon.
3. You can only view Notes created by other Users if they have been shared with you (this also applies to System Administrators)
4. To make Notes available to other Users, the User who created the Note (or a System Administrator) can follow the steps in Increase Collaboration by Sharing Notes.

Steps to create a Notes Report :

1. Navigate to the Reports tab and click New Report.
2. For 'Report Type', select File and Content Report, then click Create.
3. Add the following filter: File Type equals SNOTE (ensures that the report only includes Notes).
4. Remove all columns from the report.
5. Add the following columns to the report:

    -File Name
    -Published Date
    -Created By
    -Last Revised Date
    -Last Revised By
    -File Type

6. Click Save.
7. Click Run Report.
