Lorr Mc lightning component in Service console to create specific case record type
Hi,
I am quite new to lightning and tottaly new to Service Console.
I need to create a tab the will only show one case record type.
we are just introducing cases to part of the business I dont want them to have to scroll down through a list of record types when they need to create a case, so I hoping I could have tab that they can view and also when they click new it will open the page for that record type.
I have been look for ages and I just cant do it, is there a code I can use or edit?
Please help!

Anyway when they create a case from any of the options, as you configured the record types they can select it when they click the new button from any layouts.
To give the records to them you can create different list views in the standard case tab which gives the records filtered by the current user and specific record type.
Please clarify if the requirement is different altogether.

what I need is that they only have one option which is the defined record type when selecting they open that tab. they will need see other case record types as normal but when they open the new tab called salesforce cases there is only record type available when they click the creat new case button.
I hope this makes sense.
