Integrating App with our Salesforce Org - Authentication Error


We have a partner that is trying to integrate their app with our salesforce instance but is receiving an error message when trying to authenticate " {"error":"invalid_grant","error_description":"authentication failure”} " . We have their app added as a connected app. How can we resolve?

Could you please share us the apex code ?

 Also, make sure below,
1. You're able to generate oAuth token
2. You're hitting the right instane with this token (i mean sandbox or prod)

Not sure what you mean by Share Apex Code. Our new Partner is trying to integrated their app with ours but receiving the error message. Here is a screen shot of what i have set up for them under "Connected Apps"
