getting an unexpected error while doing data loader

Hi All, 

I'm facing an issue while process the contact records (approx 800) , below is the screenshot of the error. Also When I'm trying with smal batches like 10 it's getting processed , but not the whole file.
I even tried to create a new file, thinkingmay bemy file got corrupted but no luck!

Please if any has any solution much appreciated!!
