Can I move templates from Enterprise to Professional?

I'm looking to move a templates from Salesforce Enterprise to Professional. Is there an easy to do this?

You are moving from one org to another org, I would recommend ANT tool or Workbench.

Extract it from the source org and deploy it into the target org.
