how to create the functionality of enter the name of contact ,and it will show the list of contact similar to the name in lightning

Here is the Trailhead that probably explains it better than I will but I will give it a shot.

1. Create a Matching Rule ->Setup->Data->Duplicate Management->Matching Rules
2. Once you have an Active Matching rule (and you may  want to include something besides name like email address). https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?err=1&id=matching_rules_standard_contact_rule.htm&type=5 (https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?err=1&id=matching_rules_standard_contact_rule.htm&type=5)
3. Create a Duplicate Rule to execute the Matching rule you created in Step 1. Setup->Data->Duplicate Management->Duplicate Rules. Make it Active and away you go.

The trail takes about 30 minutes, I always have to look at it when I do this.
