Anyone have experience with sending Data from a third-party tool to Marketing Cloud via Zapier?

Is there any option Zapier be integrated with Marketing Cloud?

Zapier does not integrate with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (though there is a placeholder (https://zapier.com/apps/salesforce-marketing-cloud/integrations)page).
