Can't new a Community in Winter 21 Sandbox

Hi all,

Today I test my Winter 21 Sanbox, my user's profile is System Administrator, when I try to new Community, I got follow error.

Repro Steps

Setup -> All Communities
Click new
Choose Partner Central Template
Input Name and Url
Click Create.

I already have 4 communities before Sanbox update to Winter 21.
May I ask why these happened, and how to resolved it?

I found reason because current org datastoge size is 0MB.

Based on your query I have checked internally and didn't notice any issue in release.

I would suggest you try again and still face the issue, please log a case with the salesforce standard team so that our team will look into the issue and provide a valid solution.
