Automatic email reply for Case Closed

Hello,

Sometimes I have clients sending emails on "Closed Cases".
What I would like is anytime a client send an email on a "Closed Case", to send him an automatic email response saying : " This case is closed, we are not communicating or receiving any notifications regarding the current Incident. Thank you! "

I tried created a process bulder on Email Message but it does not work. When I try to select the email alerts, it does not offer me any suggestion

How could I implement this?

Can you clarify where you are stuck(are you seeing any error?)
Using a process builder is a good approach. Try using Process Builder and Flow combination.

Instead of creating a new case in above, you can modify the flow to just send an email notification
