Package upload does not work for managed package but works for unmanaged package

I am using Developer edition to upload my package. 

It works perfectly fine if I upload umanaged pacakge.

But when I enable manged packaging and try to upload then I get following error:

 

Package upload error
There are problems that prevent this package from being uploaded.

 

We couldn't validate your component. Review it and try again.

I have been struggling a lot for a very long time but still could not find any clue. 

Any help would be very appreciated.

I read that stackoverflow question and answer. It's interesting. But in my case, I am using just property instead of function with @api

Alright. I fixed my issue by removing following code:

<targetConfigs>
<targetConfig targets="lightning__RecordPage">
<property name="recordId" type="String" />
</targetConfig>
</targetConfigs>

from ....js-meta.xml file and then it started to work fine.
