Hello Everyone,
I have to create the record in a custom object and case and contact object based on the value selected in vf page.
find the screen shot
when we select new user it has to create the record for the custom object and at the same time in the case and contact object. please help me out for this requirement.
please help me out with the sample code.

You can create the VF page to select the value in the User Type picklist based on it you need to create record using the form for the Object on which you can provide the values.
