Roll-up summary field not update when insert parent & child records at same time

Hi , Actually i am creating a custom file uploader , using csv to create record for parent as well as child . On parent there is a Roll-up field,
so when child record is created ,it count the child record and update To parent record. But i am failing there that field , is not updated.
