Add Send Engage Email Button to Campaign Member List View

I would like to add a Send Engage Email button to the Campaign Member list view just like we have on the contact list views.  I understand that would require a custom list button with visual force page.  Any guidance on how to create such a button would be very helpful.

I went to this site before; however, I would like to add it to the list view that comes from clicking on the campaign members from the campaign object.  I added the button to campaign which allows me to send to everyone in the campaign but I have users that would like to select the specific campaign members and not just select all as some of our campaigns have hundreds of members.

I am not sure if your problem is already solved or not as it was posted 2 years back.

I am assuming you added a Custom button to your Campaign Object as "Send Engage Email button" Is that Correct ?
