I'm new to salesforce and lightning, here i have got a requirement where i need to open modal on pag opportunity detail pagr, with list of question object records on right side andtwo radio buttons on left side column. With save button... C9

Scenario.
Open modal on loading page on component side 
Left side two radio buttons, right side col list of question records
