Need help on a report

Hi Guys,

I'm creating a report with 'Opportunity and opportunity team'. I need to display a specific role as a column in the report.
Ex. one of the team member role is 'Sales manager'
my report should have columns like- opportunity name, sales manager,created date

How can i display only 'Sales manager' role in the report.

You may add a filter using Team Role field.

But then it would display only the opportunities with a sales manager in opp team..i need to display opp records even if it doesn't have a sales manager assigned in opp team

So your requirement is to always show the opps(irrespective of team members). And show team member record only if team member role is Sales Manager.If yes, you may need to create a custom report type. Select opp as the primary object and opportunity team as the secondary and select "A" records may or may not have related "B" records option. Use this report type to create the desired report.

I have one more question. How to get the list of reports which uses a particular report type?
